The variable usage costs consist of Ads, Clicks and Transactions processed by the Affelios platform which incur a Processing Unit cost as described in the table below.

Subscription are invoiced on a monthly basis, at which time payment will be taken for the full amount owed. However, if during any given monthly period your usuage exceeds $1000 an interim payment will be collected and deducted automatically from your monthly payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Bank transfers on 14-day payment terms are available to Enterprise customers on a Priority Support plan.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time to a new subscription plan with new unit pricing coming into effect from the switchover date.

If a monthly fee is required for your new subscription you will be billed a pro-rated amount for the remaining period of the month.

If you are not satisfied with your Affelios subscription you are free to cancel any time and service will end at the end of the current subscription period which is usually the end of the current calendar month. There is no long term contract and you can start a new subscription at any time.
